Lake Arenal offers one of the best fresh water fishing conditions in Costa Rica, fishing throughout the year for Guapote, a hump-back fish also known as rainbow bass as well as machaca.

We will depart from your hotel in La Fortuna depending on your chosen time. Then we will head toward Arenal Lake’s dam, at the dock, our fishing guide, a vessel and fishing equipment will be waiting to take you on the fishing journey of your choice.
Recommendations: Comfortable clothing with tennis shoes or sandals, binoculars, camera, hat sunscreen and poncho.
