Day 1
Arrival and a representative from Miki Travel will assist you and take you to your hotel in San José. Overnight in San José.

Day 2
Early departure to experience the Best of Costa Rica tour. On the way to the first attraction, the Poas Volcano, you will enjoy an authentic cup of Costa Rican coffee accompanied by a delicious tropical breakfast.
On a clear day the view of the main crater is admired by all visitors, its diameter is considered one of the widest in the world. You will continue towards the Caribbean zone with a stop to discover La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a Nature Park where you will walk on the truly spectacular trails that will lead you to Magia Blanca Falls (the largest and the most spectacular of the falls in the area).
After a terrific lunch you will continue to Sarapiquí and on the way you will come across the La Paz Waterfall, where you will have some time to enjoy the splendid view. The journey continues to Puerto Viejo (Old Port), where you will enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the Sarapiquí River, just sit back and observe the wildlife that is around you. Before returning to San Jose you will go through the unforgettable rain forest of Braulio Carrillo National Park, one of the most important rainforest reserves of Costa Rica. Overnight in San Jose.

Day 3
Experience the Turtle Island tour. On the way to the Pacific coast you will enjoy a delicious breakfast, at arrival you will board a luxurious yacht for the Pacific island adventure. The final destiny, the Tortuga (Turtle) Island is famous for pristine white sand beaches, crystal clear water and superb snorkeling. A wonderful buffet will be served on the beach. Overnight in San Jose.

Day 4
Breakfast and to enjoy the Rain Forest Aerial Tram. The Rain Forest Aerial Tram is a unique eco-tourism and research facility that takes visitors floating through the rainforest canopy, with its hanging garden of plants and animals high in the tops of tropical trees. The 2.600 meter (app. 8,530 ft.) tram ride takes about 90 minutes. On the outbound trip, gondolas travel through the lower and intermediate levels of the forest. The canopy is home to two thirds of all rainforest species, and the Aerial Tram site, on the northern border of Braulio Carrillo National Park, possesses one of the richest canopy communities in the world. Lunch included. Overnight in San Jose.

Day 5
Breakfast and departure to the Arenal Volcano & Hot Springs tour. The Arenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas. At arrival you will enjoy a delicious lunch and you will have a quick glance of the area. Then the highlight of the day is about to come, you will enjoy the hot springs of the volcano, where you can relax in the soothing waters and be caressed by the cool night air while observing the stars and the incredible night sky above the volcano. At a convenient time you will have a splendid dinner. On this tour you will also visit the town of Sarchí, well known for the beauty of the handcrafts that they produce. Overnight in San Jose.

Day 6
Departure very early to the Tortuguero Canals tour. Tortuguero is a navigable network of canals, exuberant vegetation, fauna and one of the most important sites for the nesting of the Green Sea Turtle that occurs between July and September. Experience an adventure that begins in San Jose, passing by Braulio Carrillo National Park and banana plantations until the dock. Just after Braulio Carrillo National Park there will be a stop for a typical Costa Rican breakfast.
From here board a comfortable roofed boat for a journey through the canals and the rainforest. Discover an area where more than 300 species of birds have been identified, and wildlife such as monkeys, crocodiles, caimans, toucans, macaws, sloth, among others, live in their natural habitat. Enjoy a hearty, typical lunch to please the hungriest of appetites and afterwards you will take a tour to the Tortuguero town where you will be taken on a guided hike around this wonderful place. Overnight in San Jose.

Day 7
It is time to have a great adventure, prepare yourself to enjoy a white water rafting tour in the Pacuare river. Experience the thrill of white water rafting! Full explosion of excitement. The scenery while rafting is just marvelous. The vegetation that will surround you plus the power of the waters of the river will transport you into a great wild adventure. The equipment will be given, and a specialized guide will instruct you on how to manage yourself into the strong currents of the river. Breakfast and lunch are included. Overnight in San Jose.

Day 8
Breakfast and transfer to the International Airport to take your flight back home after an amazing vacation in Costa Rica.
